Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, research and analyze sales options.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Train and educate customers on all products.
  • Visit clients regularly, attend trade shows (JPMA) and events.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and keep records of sales, data and marketing feedback.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field OR 1-3 years of experience in consumer products sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Occasional Travel is required
  • Able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional, innovative, and can work independently
  • Able to meet company sales goals
  • Bilingual Chinese Mandarin is required
